Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations to make change and complete shift reports.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle product cases.
• Remain calm and follow policies during emergencies.
• Tolerate gasoline fumes and cleaning products in a store environment.
• Work in varying temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, etc.).
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during the shift following company policy.
• Contribute to store profitability and growth while meeting customers' needs.
• Provide best-in-class service to customers every day.
• Greet customers with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Prepare shift reports at the end of the shift per guidelines.
