Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to ensure operational excellence in supporting sales and guest experience. The role keeps fixtures stocked, maintains cleanliness, and supports managers with performance and process adherence.

The position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures. It also covers shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay range of $17.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through focus on performance, people and process.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, merchandising displays, inventory procedures and processing shipments.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced.
