Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Brick Township, NJ is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, assist with inventory, and ensure compliance with company standards while delivering friendly service.

In this role, you’ll work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with duties spanning merchandising resets, planograms, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes including shipment and replenishment procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests, and participate in ongoing training for development and sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies and dress code and complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology.
