Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain cleanliness. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process to drive an exceptional guest experience.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility for varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are ready for purchase.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock merchandise, complete inventory procedures, and respond to shipments and replenishment.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
• Adhere to store policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices.
• Support testing, merchandising resets, planograms, and displays as directed.
