Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help keep merchandise stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise and Operations Managers with tasks that drive performance and compliance.

You will participate in receiving, replenishment, planograms, and displays, while adhering to store policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Complete inventory, shipments, replenishment, and merchandising counts.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to schedules.
• Support inclusion and ongoing training to boost sales.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and store procedures.
• Keep area replenished, faced, and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect assets.
• Carry out other operational tasks as directed.
