Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations, merchandise replenishment, cleanliness, and guest service in a fast-paced environment. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and processes.

This position requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and flexibility to work a schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
