Branson Bank is seeking a Retail Operations Associate to help keep our branch network running accurately and efficiently. You’ll support operational processes, review transactional activity, and ensure reconciliations and records are completed on time across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and maintaining confidentiality while delivering dependable service to customers both in person and online.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in retail banking operations and branch processes.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Tech aptitude; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Clear written/verbal communication and strict confidentiality.

This role combines focused administrative work with collaboration and problem-solving throughout the day. You'll balance recurring reports and reconciliations with changing Retail needs, working closely with associates and leadership across Bank locations. Some days may be heavily focused on reporting and data; others may require more coordination, follow-up, or support. The goal is the same: help keep Retail operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly so our teams can stay focused on serving customers.
