Branson Bank is seeking a Retail Operations Associate to help keep our branch network running accurately and efficiently. You’ll support operational processes, review transactional activity, and ensure reconciliations and records are completed on time across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and maintaining confidentiality while delivering dependable service to customers both in person and online.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in retail banking operations and branch processes.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Tech aptitude; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Clear written/verbal communication and strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support branch operational processes and maintain accurate records.
• Review transactional activity and generate/review reports.
• Complete reconciliations and track exceptions and follow-up items.
• Maintain required records, schedules, and documentation.
• Collaborate with associates and leaders across locations to resolve issues and improve workflow.
