Job summary

Comcast is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Reporting Analyst to administer sales reports and client activity for the Product Sales Support team in Washington state. The role supports forecasting, budgets, and management reports while coordinating weekly and monthly data delivery.

The candidate will develop reporting systems, generate detailed rankings, and provide insights to drive sales performance across the organization. A strong background in analytics and customer experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in sales support or analytics.
• Experience with sales reporting and customer experience improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a sales reporting system for Sales Support teams; provides data and analysis.
• Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting; recommends system changes.
• Provides detailed reports to the sales force on ranking and performance.
• Performs daily clerical and statistical reporting for Product Sales team.
• Generates project estimates using in-house estimating tools and programs.
• Produces monthly, quarterly and annual reports on incremental sales performance.
• Updates reporting materials to provide customized reports for Product Sales management.
