Job summary

Comcast is seeking an experienced leader to head a team that supports business operations through data analysis and reporting. You will oversee regular and special reports, drive data integrity, and identify opportunities to optimize processes to inform decision‑making.

You'll develop reporting tools, consolidate data across sources, and provide analytics to compare performance against budgets while guiding system enhancements to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Comcast may consider coursework and related experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the development and implementation of operational policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Managing the creation and distribution of critical business reports for informed decision‑making processes.
• Leading a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence and meet strategic business goals.
• Guiding team members in conducting data audits to maintain high standards of data integrity.
• Facilitating the integration of advanced analytics into business strategies for improved decision support.
• Directing the consolidation of data sources to foster analytics‑driven planning.
• Providing analytical support to compare performance against budgets and assess financial implications.
• Influencing system enhancements by articulating user and business requirements to management teams.
• Overseeing the collection and analysis of management data to guide team performance.
• Implementing business process enhancements to align with strategic direction.
• Driving business operations function in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, procurement/payments for opex.
• Demonstrating independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Regular, consistent attendance; willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
