Job summary

MJ Holding Company is seeking a Retail Operations Administrator in Bridgeview, IL to support the Retail Operations team in a fast-paced environment. You will turn data and insights into actionable improvements across merchandising execution, store performance, and service delivery.

You’ll partner with service providers, investigate store-level challenges, manage dashboards and scorecards, and collaborate across Operations, Finance, Retail Planning, and Technology to drive results and strengthen
