Job summary

MJ Holding Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead first-shift, high-volume distribution center operations for retail and E-Commerce. You will oversee receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, quality, and returns while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will develop leaders, drive safety and productivity, and collaborate with Planning, IT, HR, and staffing partners to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive distribution center, fulfillment, or warehouse operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple operational functions and developing front-line leaders.
• Background in retail, E-Commerce, or omnichannel distribution environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, labor management, and operational best practices.
• Demonstrated success improving operational performance, employee engagement, and business results.
