You’ll handle scheduling, hiring onboarding, cash office duties, and ensure compliance with labor laws while maintaining store standards.

This role requires flexibility including nights and weekends, strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork; prior retail and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with administrative tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding of associates.
• Maintain associate files and cash office duties.
