Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards; ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively; working as a team.
• Engaging with customers to provide an excellent experience; maintaining a clean and organized store; role modeling customer service.
• Orchestrating truck delivery and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
