Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising associate in Tigard, OR. You will build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to optimize sales opportunities. You’ll also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you will interact confidently with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience or related field.
• Able to lead and train teammates effectively.
• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Use smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, rotate products, track inventory.
