Job summary

Retail Odyssey—a part of Advantage Solutions—is seeking an in-store merchandiser in Tigard, OR. You will build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales, while assisting leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

We welcome 18+ applicants with merchandising experience and a friendly, proactive attitude. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and occasional extra hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to work in Tigard.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Proficient with smartphone/tablet for shift records.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Team-building abilities and safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support, including displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding.
