Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking help to shape shopping experiences. You will perform in-store merchandising, build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires in a fast-paced retail setting. No prior experience is required as training is provided; benefits include wellness programs, discounts, and voluntary plans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team with a safety-first mindset.
