Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and ensuring product availability. This role involves assisting with leadership tasks, training new hires, and monitoring inventory to drive sales.

You will be 18+ and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, with 1–2 years merchandising experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and end caps, and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
