Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated in-store merchandiser to support retailers with displays, shelf resets, and inventory tracking. You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering strong customer service to shoppers and store teams.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; growth opportunities exist within the company, and additional hours may be available upon request.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• 18 years or older and able to perform physical duties.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to train and lead teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and rotate products.
• Track inventory and maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Record work using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
