Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to build and reset displays, manage shelf rotation, and monitor inventory. You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires to support store needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years merchandising experience, are comfortable with customer interactions, and can lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic interpersonal skills.
• 18 years or older to comply with labor requirements.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs) and stand for shifts.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience leading/training others is a plus.
• Good use of smartphone/tablet to record work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
