In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. • Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You are 18 years or older
• Capable of performing physical work such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training teams
• Proficient with smartphones or tablets to record work after each shift
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a results-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Commitment to safety in a retail environment
