Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Team-oriented, high-energy environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain store areas to company standards (stockroom and sales floor).
• Process directives related to store activities (Pull/Hold/Destroy, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness, restock bathrooms, sweep/mop floors, take out trash.
• Provide a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Process receipt/return of DSD merchandise.
• Manage freight flow and stock merchandise needs per productivity standards.
• Ensure sales floor is sales‑effective.
• Plan/maintain Clip Strips/Power Panels with sale items.
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners.
