Job summary

Kohl's in Franklin, TN is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead visual merchandising, pricing and recovery on the sales floor. You will coach and develop associates, ensure brand standards, and partner with the Merchandising Manager to adapt merchandising direction to store needs.

You will drive product presentation, recover the selling floor, replenish stock, and support training across the team to deliver excellent customer service and measurable store results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store merchandising standards and visuals in partnership with Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well-recovered selling floor that is clear, easy to understand and compelling.
• Replenish product on the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train associates to execute merchandising direction to brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities and ensure accurate sign changes and ticketing procedures.
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools.
• Collaborate with Operations on merchandising incoming product and efficient execution.
