Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed with the Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling product presentation.
• Keep appropriate stock levels on the floor via remerchandising and replenishment according to sell-through and seasonality.
• Coach, teach and train associates to follow company merchandising direction and brand standards.
• Perform pricing activities in-store, ensuring accurate price changes, sign changes and ticketing procedures.
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools per Kohl’s brand standards.
• Collaborate with Operations to merchandise incoming product efficiently.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and provide guidance to associates as needed.
