Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to oversee a merchandising team, ensuring standards are met and providing feedback to management. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service at assigned accounts.

The role requires supervision of staff, collaboration with store personnel, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position with local travel in Snohomish County and the surrounding area.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of grocery, merchandising, sales or retail experience.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and recommend sales, delivery and merchandising service levels in the retail marketplace.
• Assist with customer calls, complaints and issues promptly.
• Maintain positive relationships with store personnel and sales/delivery teams.
• Train, support and evaluate department staff with merchandising and sales teams.
• Demonstrate company core values in daily work.
• Assist Merchandising Manager with timekeeping within HRIS.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staff.
