Columbia Distributing is seeking a Merchandising Lead to oversee the workflow of its merchandising team and partner with the Merchandising Supervisor to ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes training new merchandisers and maintaining positive relations with store personnel and delivery teams.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and manage multiple tasks with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
Our Merchandising Leads play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. The Merchandising Lead is responsible for overseeing the workflow of assigned merchandising teams. The Lead works closely with the Merchandising Supervisor to ensure customers receive excellent customer service. This position assists with training new Merchandisers as they learn the essential job functions.
