Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to oversee the merchandising team, ensuring procedures meet company standards and collaborating with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service at assigned accounts.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work indoors with some outdoor tasks. Local travel is involved in Snohomish County area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and make recommendations regarding sales, delivery and merchandising service levels in the retail marketplace.
• Provide assistance with customer calls, complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain positive relationships and direct communication with store personnel and sales and delivery teams.
• Train, support and evaluate needs with merchandising and sales teams.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staff.
• Timekeeping support within HRIS and reporting.
