Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Brunswick, GA seeks a FAST Team Member to own and execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly in a store setting. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST).

The role emphasizes flexibility, attendance, and commitment to POS tasks while supporting other duties as assigned. This entry emphasizes safety and customer focus within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers.
