What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or GED; previous merchandising or retail experience preferred

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Android or Apple devices with GPS
• Own a basic toolkit (provided reimbursement after probation)
• Ability to complete required online training
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US

Availability and Logistics

• Flexible weekday availability, early mornings, occasional weekends
• Minimum 20 hours/week
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance
• Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, lift 40+ pounds, climb ladders, and operate equipment
