What You'll Do

• Install and/or build displays, fixturing, and endcaps, involving setup of security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure displays are fully functional and meet maintenance requirements
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects, which could involve full 8-hour days and travel up to 120 miles
• Meet ad-hoc maintenance requirements, including store service within 48-72 hours and troubleshooting to enable fully functional displays
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage per company policy
• Occasional overnight travel is preferred
• Work 40+ hours weekly, Monday through Friday starting at 8 am, with occasional weekends. Any extra hours will be communicated in advance.
• Accurately report the status of each store visit
• Perform general merchandising functions like reset PLANOGRAMs, POP, and pricing tags
• Build in-store relationships
• Participate in weekly conference calls
• Complete administrative tasks promptly
• Other tasks as assigned

Prescription Drug Collection Duties

• Facilitate collection of prescription drugs in designated containers, placing zip ties and storing in a holding area
• Interactions will be only with pharmacists and store leadership

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity
• Experience using tools to maintain displays
• Experience troubleshooting display issues (lights, buttons, software, etc.)

Skills and Attributes

• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to manage accounts independently
• Ability to read schematics and connect components correctly
• Professional demeanor
• Proficient with personal Smartphone/Tablet, GPS, and reporting tools
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance
• Commitment to minimum weekly hours
• Basic toolkit (multi-screwdriver, drill, pliers, etc.)
• Complete required training before visits

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks as described, including lifting up to 100 pounds with support, climbing ladders, and traveling.
