Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Capable of lifting heavy objects
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as necessary
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment processes
• Supports safety, cleanliness and adherence to store policies
