CROSSMARK is hiring a Retail Client Merchandising Representative in Stafford, Virginia. This part-time role involves promoting nationally distributed products in convenience stores, building rapport with store staff, and maintaining planograms while traveling within the territory.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable using a smart device. Flexible daytime schedule; mileage reimbursement and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and integrity.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gains shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Builds displays and stocks shelves with products.
• Builds rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensures planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitors inventory levels and suggests order quantities to management.
