CROSSMARK in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandising Representative to promote national products in convenience stores. You will build displays, stock shelves, and maintain planograms while developing relationships with store management and staff.

The role emphasizes a proactive, energetic individual who can drive success across our client brands. This position offers daytime hours with mileage reimbursements and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
