Job summary

TJ Maxx in Lebanon, PA is hiring to deliver outstanding customer experiences at the sales floor, supporting partners and maintaining store standards. You’ll handle transactions, assist customers, and participate in merchandising and loss-prevention programs in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and good communication. Benefit-rich, with competitive pay range at starting USD 13.25–13.75 per hour, contingent on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
