Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own end-to-end tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service and support store operations.

Responsibilities include planogram completion, visual standards, signage updates, and collaboration with the FAST Supervisor. A positive, adaptable, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities expected regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Provide legendary customer service and prioritize customers in-store.
