The role focuses on to-buy planning, space allocation, and market insights, partnering with merchandising, planning, and visual teams to align with financial plans and seasonal goals. Hybrid onsite work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in merchandise buying, planning or inventory management; allocation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product assortment strategies for retail stores with alignment to financial plans.
• Analyze assortment plans to identify gaps and opportunities against sales and inventory goals.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising for space allocation and product presentation.
• Provide retail-specific insights on to-buy quantities and product needs.
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure right products in right locations at right time.
• Analyze sales performance, margins, inventory productivity, and profitability.
• Conduct hindsight analysis to inform future season planning.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative insights during Go-To-Market reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of geographic, store, and customer attributes for market trends.
