Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability via operational excellence, sales growth and expense control.
• Use forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize schedules and productivity.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on store visit/audit results.
• Lead by example to achieve operational excellence and customer engagement.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
