Job summary

TJ Maxx Store Noblesville (TJX Companies) is seeking a front-line Team Member to execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will help ensure efficient processing and a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include loading and rotating stock, tagging and stocking merchandise, assisting with store operations, and cooperating with leadership to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficiency and teamwork.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment and stock flow to sales floor.
• Tag, hang, code, and ensure merchandise is properly presented.
