Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Maintain backroom organization and recovery standards.
• Promote and participate in safety and labor policy adherence.
