Job summary

Walmart Tyler is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist members with services, guide self-service technology, and help with purchasing decisions. You will stock and organize the sales floor, handle returns, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include supporting management with coaching and scheduling, and maintaining high service standards across shifts. Join a team committed to helpful, energetic service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge members and identify needs; provide guidance and support regarding self-service technology.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise; resolve issues per company guidelines.
• Stock, merchandise, and merchandise presentation; set up displays and price items.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; conduct safety checks and report unsafe conditions.
• Uphold Open Door Policy and assist management with recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
