Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, offering guidance and support, and assisting with self-service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain and organize the sales floor, stock merchandise, and process claims and returns according to Walmart policies.
• Assist management with supervision of associates, assign duties, train staff, and provide feedback to ensure service standards are met.
• Support safety procedures, open door policy, and compliance with company policies while promoting Walmart products and services.
