Job summary

Sam's Club in Port St. Lucie, FL is seeking a team member to provide exceptional member service, assist with purchasing decisions, and guide customers through self-service technology.

You will help supervise associates, maintain merchandise presentation, and support safety and policy compliance on the sales floor. Responsibilities include welcoming members, resolving issues, stocking and merchandising, and helping operate club functions according to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs.
• Assist members with self-service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation per company policies.
• Support management with training, scheduling, and coaching of associates.
• Ensure safety and compliance with safety procedures and Open Door Policy.
