Job summary

The role includes assisting with daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, asset protection, and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities extend to processing freight, stock management, and executing monthly plans while ensuring a safe, customer-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Ensure a positive, safe environment for customers and associates.
• Other duties as assigned.
