Dollar Tree Stores in Andrews, SC is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work with the Store Manager to lead associates, drive merchandising, and ensure efficient freight processing to create positive community experiences.

In this role, you will perform opening/closing procedures, protect assets, uphold safety standards, and maintain a clean, inviting store. This is a full-time opportunity in a high-energy retail environment.

Qualificações

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines
• Maintain areas of the store to company standards
• Process corporate directives related to store activities
• Keep store clean and presentable including bathrooms
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Other duties as assigned
• Process receipt and return of DSD merchandise
• Manage freight flow in accordance with productivity standards
• Order and stock merchandise needs, including frozen & refrigerated
• Ensure sales floor is sales-effective
• Plan and merchandise monthly Sales Planners
