The TJX Companies, Inc. in Danbury, CT is hiring a retail Associate who will execute receiving and merchandising standards and help maintain a clean, organized store. You’ll engage customers, train staff, and support priority goods flow to the sales floor.

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a team player attitude are essential. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required, with competitive hourly pay.

Competenze

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, and properly coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and stock rotation.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and safety practices.
