HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Retail Associate in the Alexandria, VA area. You’ll help execute receiving and merchandising standards, interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, and train teammates on procedures.

Responsibilities include organizing back stock, maintaining signage and cleanliness, and supporting store priorities while adhering to labor laws and safety policies. Flexible schedule with nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; willingness to learn store processes.
• 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and support efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded correctly.
• Maintain backroom organization, safety, and cleanliness.
