• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding purchases and supporting self-service technology.
• Assist management with supervising associates, training and evaluation, and promoting customer service approaches.
• Receive, stock and merchandise; maintain sales floor, pricing and product displays.
• Ensure safety, handle returns, maintain cleanliness, and uphold company policies and ethics.
• Lead teams, coordinate tasks, and communicate goals to achieve timely, quality work.
• Support continuous improvement and respond to member concerns with respect and integrity.
