Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties, providing feedback, and training on processes and procedures.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, maintains the sales floor and paperwork per company policies.
• Maintains safety of facility through safety sweeps and proper handling of materials.
• Ensures merchandise presentation by stocking, pricing, and organizing displays; addressing shrink and damages.
• Monitors product quality, rotation, recalls, and sanitation standards.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and supports change and new challenges.
• Oversees club pick up orders and ensures proper staging.
• Collaborates with managers and partners to meet business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
