Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed with Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling product presentation.
• Maintain appropriate product levels by remerchandising and replenishing as necessary.
• Coach, teach and train merchandising associates to execute brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities in store with accurate changes and ticketing.
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools.
• Collaborate with Operations on merchandising incoming product for efficient execution.
• Lead with integrity, model customer service mindset and drive store performance using KPIs.
