Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organizes back stock and replenishes merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Maintains merchandising signage, flow of goods, and safety standards.
• Partners with Management on Associate training and adherence to labor policies.
